Investigations about the execution of the block volleyball

Objective: It was to present the investigations of the blockade of volleyball (those that explain the on the displacement, the swing of the arms, the reach, the penetration of the hands and the fall of the jump).
Methodology: A bibliographic review documentary study was carried out. The database was consulted: Google Scholar, Research Gate and PubMed. The objective was to study the blockade during the execution phases.
Conclusion: The review study on the execution of the blockade is an important content for coaches to use during training.
